March 2022 Freedom of Information reply from APRA concerning APRA's basis for using caveat emptor.

The Hon Scott Morrison MP, Prime Minister of Australia said on ABC midday television news - 9 March 2019, that if anyone on a visa in Australia commits a serious crime, after they serve a jail sentence, they will be deported. VOFF sent FOI to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection in an effort to discover whether the perpetrator of the Trio Capital fraud was deported or not.
